Qualification: Master Degree with minimum 2 years field experience
Salary: Maximum 60,000/- per month
Duration: 12 months (renewable yearly based on performance)

Following is Job Description,
Project Officer will be responsible to work, conduct and report on following activities under the supervision of Program Manager.
Job Description:
- To be the contact person for the project to organize overall logistics throughout the project.
- To represent PDF at project management meetings and ensure that the Line Manager is kept up to date on all developments and discussions at project management level and keep accurate and up to date records of all project documents and correspondence.
- To communicate, co-operate, and negotiate by writing and talking sensibly with a wide range of people and organizations at all levels with the consultation of Line Manager and Executive Director.
- Prepare narrative reports, annual newsletters and reflection reports of project under supervision and guidance of Line Manager or Executive Director.
- Develop and maintain beneficiary database and directory of partner organizations.
- Provide assistance to Line Manager to prepare monthly program plans.
- Provide assistance to Line Manager to ensure completion of project activities within agreed dates and / or compliance with reporting deadlines.
- Provide effective participation in project interventions and partner’s programs.
- Perform independent field monitoring visits with the consultation of Line Manager and build capacity of partner organizations working in collaboration as partners with the guidance of Line Manager.
- Submit monthly narrative progress report to Line Manager till 5th of each month.
- To ensure own professional development by, for example, participating in relevant seminars and trainings, and undertaking research and writing in areas of interest.
- To contribute to the overall mission of the PDF by participating in other organization activities as appropriate and to carry out any other task that may from time to time be requested by the Line Manager or Executive Director.
